the beginning

It starts with Juan having his eyes checked by his optometrist, whom we then find out is also his wife. She tells him that he needs glasses and also that she is probably pregnant. Later he visits his father. The caretaker is trying to get him to eat something but he refuses. He helps his father take a bath and tells him that he won't be able to come the following day because he's going to be out of town. Then he takes the bus. A man sits besides him; they don't talk but Juan sees the man's name on his briefcase. When the bus arrives to its destination, he notices that the man is dead. He leaves the bus without telling anyone that there is a dead passenger still inside.

After that he has a meeting with the notary - but I am guessing that you probably saw this part.
