That's an interesting thing to say considering She's the man is quite similar to a 1985 movie titled Just One of the Guys.
Just saying that She's the man isn't the first movie to have that kind of storyline. ;)
Those are exactly the two titles I thought of when I saw this one!

and dont forget the whole shakespeare's 12th night thing, you know the basis of she's the man but i guess people these days only relate to movies and never other formats of entertainment even ones as famous as shakespeares work. (note i only know this cause the commercials adn after reading about the storyline of the 12th night it became obvious so im just playing the part of the historical a**hole but still it was on the commercials iy should have been brought up)

All movies about guys dressing up like girls and pretending to be one.
Well, "Something Special" is about a girl being a boy.
And although not a comedy you also have, "Boys Don't Cry". And so begins movies about boys being girls and girls being boys in movies that are not comedies but dramas.
I'm sure there are more and more movies in this style. I just can't think of some right now.
