I just rented one from Blockbuster here in Venezuela and I am hearing the director's commentary

yeah, also the audio commentary can be chosen to be on English or Spanish. In fact, the director said that he originally had written the movie in English

Elipsis DVD actually it's quite good. It have been released by 20th Century Fox and does contain subs in english, plus some mildly interesting supplements.

Is the same case than Secuestro Express: Good DVD Bad Flick.
