'WTF' Moments (SPOILERS)

1.) Steve noticing Herbert's (Hubert?) detached penis through his pants. And putting his nuts in his pocket.
2.) Steve knowing how to perform various medical procedures despite only knowing "the basics."
3.) Mimi getting violent, blacking out, and getting naked.
4.) Jane not blacking out and getting naked but getting promiscuous.
5.) No character ever asking why they were never infected (especially once they find out it was airborne).
6.) Them not noticing alcohol was the key factor when they were sharing their stories.
7.) Letting bible boy rome around the compound.
8.) Slasher getting up (perfectly fine) the first time after getting his neck chewed on and going through a convulsion.
9.) The car puttering out right when the two women go for supplies.
10.) Lin never returning.
11.) Mimi and Steve's drunken happiness at the end. Aren't there still thousands of men out there about to hatch embryos any day now? What are they going to do? Spray all of them with alcohol?
12.) Are they really going to be able to find Chad's ranch that is "a couple of hours" away?
13.) Why were the hosts of these parasites hungry for human flesh in the first place? Is that what the aliens (which is pretty much what they were) wanted to eat?
14.) Lin knowing how to snap necks.

There's probably way more. But I can't think of them all right now.
This list doesn't mean I didn't LIKE the movie; I just thought I'd share my two cents.
