Warning for non-hindi speakers!

For those of you who plan to watch this and don't speak hindi be warned: Not all of the dialoge is subtitled!

I always make sure I get official original print DVDs because I don't speak hindi and I need to know that the subtitles will work. But I do understand just enough to know when some of the translation is missing. I don't know why they chose not to translate everything, maybe they thought that the dialoge was too fast and it would be too hard to read the subtitles if they put it all in, but don't be surprised if you hear a character say 5-6 sentnces and all you get up on the screen is four words of subtitles...

It's not a major problem, all the important things get subtitled and you still manage to understand exactly what's going on.

But if you're like me and you like to know every single nuance of a film it can be quite annoying!

I have a better solution, do not even bother to see this piece of manure. It is the worst movie of the century, with the lousiest direction and the most aweful acting ever.

I don't even have any subs at all and I don't speak Hindi!

I have no luck in searching google for subs either. Please help, someone!

sorry to say Weedfeeder, but I think your best bet is to get another copy of the film.

Schmelie, I'm watching it now and I find the lack of subtitles very frustrating. I like the film, but I have to say that I've never seen another movie with so many missing subtitles. I hate not knowing what is being said even if, as you say, the important things are being subtitled. Other than that, I like the movie.
