I didn't see all of the movie, but I LOVED what I did see. Tammy Blanchard's acting is amazing. And, I admit to being her cousin, but that did not affect what I thought of her performance. It must be very challenging to have to act in 16 different personalities, so landing the role is already a lot. But, then, I loved how she was able to portray it so well... Did anyone else notice that Jessica Lange was always smiling?

Well, if you really are her cousin, please pass this along. Although I did not like her at all on GL (mainly cuz I hated her character)...she is an amazing actress and picks her roles well. She outdoes herself each time. I smell an Emmy.
shareI'm sold too. I mentioned in my original review that had the years been reversed, some of us would be comparing Sally to Tammy's Sybil. I don't gush over actors/actresses, but I was impressed and very pleased with her performance.

shareI must agree: Tammy Blanchard was incredible. I just finished watching a screening copy of this movie on DVD, and I am surprised that CBS did not release it during one of the three "Sweeps" months. I am also curious why it was shelved for 2 years nor promoted when it was broadcast. It was quite good for a made-for-tv movie, although Jessica Lange's character seemed oddly disconnected to me. Tammy deserves an Emmy nomination.
