What's with all the Pity Comments?

"Oh, how sad to see them go"
"The show was good"
"OMG G4 made a mistake"

Come the F_CK ON! For years this aborted Pop Culture Fetus lived longer than expected and it was too long.

Munn was never funny or charming.
Kevin was just a poster boy for the show.
Sarah was eye candy.
Chris is a reject from the MTV of the 90s.
Candace Bailey was likeable and cute (I'll give you that one)
Blair Butler a former comedian turned comic book geek girl drop her comics for UFC so she was a poser.

Adam Sessler and The fat guy with the glasses and Chris Gore were the key personalities that stuck to their viewers for their comments and reports. That was the best talent AOTS had. Also Morgan Webb was annoying at first but she completely transform and became a better host and reporter.

Notable mentions also go to Kristin Adams.

Worse person and complete jackass goes to Blair Herter. That guy should have been shot in the face ages ago.

Everything you said that I may have disliked in your opening paragraphs is completely redeemed by what you said regarding Blair Herter. I have hatred for that guy's face that is very evil. How this guy became famous is a true insult to fame. So yeah your post gets a thumbs way up from me.

Anyway you were right about Adam and Matt Mira. I never really cared much for Kevin. He seems like one of those people who think that they're real funny but really aren't. Pairing him with Olivia was perfect since she was funny but didn't make a big deal about it. Chris Gore also got on my nerves. He would haze the best movies and liked some of the worst dvds.

It's a shame that everyone wants to hate on Candace and blames her for the end of AOTS. Sorry but Olivia wasn't that great. As much as I would have wanted Grace to have replaced Olivia, she seemed so uninterested when she filled in for Candace. She's so different on My Damn Channel it almost was like she was playing a character on AOTS. Anyway the final show was a nice tribute to what was a fun way to waste an hour everyday.

It was sad to see them go, because with Candace, Matt Mira (fat guy w/glasses) and Chris Gore still there, all they needed was a better host than Kevin, tweak the show just a little and they may have been on their way to better ratings. A couple of the male co-hosts who filled in would've made the show must-see TV for me if they were hired on permanently.

They made a big stink about doing their own send off and finale, but seems like it never took off. Candace and Sara were on Kevin's podcast and they made it sound like they were going to have their own thing and bash how G4 handled things, but after that nothing, guess they knew bashing even a tiny network isn't good for future work in the industry. So it seems like fans and the talent themselves were overblowing their loyalty and stance, probably already forgotten.
