Does anyone know if there are any Stormy Night DVDs with English subtitles, or if someone fansubbed it? I'd like to know what the heck they're saying.

Actually, you can buy Hong Kong version of this movie. It has English sub.
However, I doubt translating quality of Hong Kong version. HK people are very bad in English and their translating accuracy is pretty low as you can see from the most of movies that were released there.
I have the HK version and the fansubbed version (*cough*bittorrent*cough*). Overall, I prefer the fansub, but there are instances where it seems the HK sub is more true to the original (e.g. when Gabu is explaining how his mother always told him to eat more meat, the HK sub is clearly a better match to the original speech.)
