Did it cost money to make this?

I mean, I sat through the first ten minutes, and watched this movie thinking, I could make a better movie with my phone cam. Atleast I wouldn't have every second shot with the boom in view, or acting (if you call it that) that's worse then the school play we did in Grade 9. Amazingly these people got work! If they got this movie, then imaginie all those others who go to hollywood, and can't get a job? wow!
