Tom Berenger?
Tom Berenger acting in a heartwarming tale about the spirit of Christmas is like stuffing a teddy bear with barbed wire and hand grenades.
He's just too much of a bad-ass.
i do have to agree on this...but still, he's a good actor, and has plenty of experience dealing in heartwarming roles... look at his life. he's a mountain man, has several children and lives in obscurity, these traits are just simple proof that he has a solid heart, and from a solid heart comes true emotion. tom b, being an actor, has learned how to express true emotion in front of a camera. it will be good, this film. or i'm just a drunk fan of jake taylor.
sharethe part he is playing is actually of quite a nasty guy, so it suits his on-screen character/rep - i personally think he'll do a great job
shareHis character isn't meant to be nasty, his character is just a bit "gloomey" in the first three quarters of the film for personal reasons.
