Unable to play on Modded X-Box?

I just borrowed the game from a friend of a friend....put it in my friends modded X-Box and all it does is sit at a screen that says "Stubbs says: Don't Be A Fool - Stay In School. Don't Do Drugs". You can't advance any further than that screen or even get out of it the usual way you can with this X-Box anyways.

Is this because the X-Box I'm using is modded? This is the first game I've encountered that had this problem, even Halo 2 plays fine on the system.

To answer my own question....yes....yes it is because it's a modded X-Box.

Oh well, I got to play it atleast anyways....not as good as I thought it would be. Has potential...they just didn't do much with it.

No, it totally isn't. I have a friend *cough* who has a modded XBox and Stubbs plays fine on it.
Try putting the disk in then turning it off. Wait around ten seconds then turn it back on again.
