Remind anyone of "40 Days and 40 Nights" (2002)?

Hi everyone.

Just wondering, did this film remind anyone at all of "40 Days and 40 Nights" (2002), a sex comedy directed by Michael Lehmann, especially by having such common elements as the main guy struggling with his sexual issues all the way up to him being a victim of you know what at the hands of a woman, or even several ones, like here?

And which film did you personally think was better AND/OR less "offensive"?

And did the two films have much in common to you, apart from the mentioned elements of course, thanks!
