I did a little research and found pics from the scene. It's definitely her. Although in the pics I saw it didn't show her nipples. It was just side boob.

Hang on, the next "body" shot was supposed to be like ten years in the future. Long enough to have a kid and live happily ever after. I think it's possible for her to take her watch off in that time.
Also, I listened to the director's commentary and he said that during that scene Winona insisted on doing it completely nude and "who was (he) to argue."

Yeah, its amazing how dumb these Hollywood directors are as they try to be "politically correct" and avoid "exploiting" women. There are many instances where actresses have ASKED to do full nudity, and the moron directors either cut it out or refused to let them do it. Lindsey Lohan wanted to do full nudity in a recent movie, but the dumbass director would only let her go topless. Winona Ryder insisted on filming this scene fully nude and was nude on set for hours at a time, but the crap-for-brains director only showed a 2 second flash of her tits! How dumb are these people???!!! Why are they making movies at all? If a famous actress wants to get naked, you film it! Had they shown Winona fully nude for a good, long, 60-second scene it would have generated millions of dollars in free publicity and sold millions worth of extra tickets/dvds. These people are morons!

shareOK, nude or not the thing is that in all previous Winona's movies she always had like no breasts at all and when i get to the part in this movie when she was playing in the park with their kids and walking around at his arm..what struck me was "oaw..when Winona boobs grew so much?" - I mean she was HOT in those scenes.
