Where Can I find the manga its based on
Its based on the manga "Elegy for Boy A" and I cant find it online anywhere.

I thought it was based on a novel, at least that was what was written on wikipedia. I was actually trying to look it up not too long ago but I got nothing. If you do end up finding out any information on a book or manga, keep me posted :)

The manga is said to be homosexually erotic, although even in the manga it is not clear whether the two physically consummate their relationship. This gleaned from reviews, as I've not read the manga, and I doubt it's commercially available in translation. Finding it even in original publication has stumped my online researching skills so far. ;)
