the reason the WWE are not advertising this video/DVD on their web sites like the Marine etc. is because they have nothing to do with the film in any way. Their film production company was involved in making the other films you mentioned
You're mistaking Rey Mysterio Jr. with Rey Mysterio Sr.
Mysterio Jr is the "619" you refer to, which has been wrestling in WWE for years; Mysterio Sr. is his uncle, is the one who stars in this movie and i believe hasn't been out of Mexico for a long time.
WWE doesn't mention this movie because they have nothing to do with it and there isn't any WWE wrestler in it.

I watched the trailer n was like waaaaaait a da*n minute, that's NOT rey rey... lol then checked IMDB n saw "rey mysterio sr" and my brain was all "ohhhhh i get it now" sorry, got blonde roots, but thanks for pointing that out to those who Don't understand!

I thought it was Rey Mysterio Jr too. looked heaps like him on the cover. then i noticed that masked wrestler is way bigger.
shareI bought it thinking it was WWE's Rey too. If WWE called him Jr., it might have helped, but instead I bought this at Walmart thinking it was Jr. I watched the trailer, and I'm like OK, where is he, I thought he'd be the killer.. then found out it was his dad.
So disappointed, but I think they planned the confusion to make more sales.
Rey Misterio Sr is actually Rey Rey's uncle.
