oh well...

i'm guessing it was a decision on the part of the film makers to make this as unoriginal as they could. the build ups are ones which we've seen in countless "horror" films before, the acting is suspect and the gore... well, it was expected. oddly enough, i did enjoy watching this one. other than the occasional rolling of my eyes when the characters are saying something cliched or behaving like what you'd expect from silly horror "fodder", i didn't at any point want to leave my seat and find something better to do. it's a laugh, and i guess it's supposed to be... in a way... enjoyable.
