Music?

I wish I knew more about the music! :( I really liked it! They said all of the songs in the credits, but they went by too fast for me to catch artists, songs or anything. Looking around online, I have found out that Band Marino did some songs in the movie, but not all. Does anyone know more about the music?

Most all of it is Band Marino. Some songs are by a guy named Andrew Katz, now in a band, "The New York Howl" and the accordion stuff was Stas Vengleski (sp?).

Yes, Band Marino is VERY good. However, where can I find a track listing or a soundtrack from the movie? I'd love to get my hands on one. Band Marino rocks!

Band Marino rocks indeed. their banjo player is a younger brother to the filmmakers. i first saw them live at their cd release party because they went to the same high school as me in Orlando & they put on an incredible show. the cd is awesome not a weak track on it. you can preview some tracks on their myspace page & you can buy it here:

if you liked the movie or any of the soundtrack ( & how could you not?) you MUST get the Sea & the Beast, trust me. i saw them again a few months ago & of course they rocked my socks again. at the show they said they were about to start recording their much anticipated second album. can't wait!
