In Texas Hold'em, the only tupe of poker I played regularly, I flopped a straight flush with a 10,6 of hearts and gutted someone who got an Ace high flush on the turn.
And then I woke up.
I've had quads four times. I once flopped quad fives and another time rivered quad fives. The other time was a set of sevens on the flop which improved to quads on the river.

If he caught a royal flush on the turn, what could you have possibly had that would have been the best hand prior to that point? Seems he was at worst a 50/50 on the hand after the flop with both a flush draw and straight draw.

shareThe best hand I can recall is pocket Aces with one on the flop and the last coming up on the river. They thought I was bluffin' :D Knocked the last person out and won the game.
MAYBE a straight flush somewhere, never a royal though (pretty sure I would remember that!)

Flopped a royal flush with JT suited as hole cards once, in a 20 minute session before i went to school. That was kinda nice, but as for winnings the best hand I've had was probably flopping a queen over nine full house, and then having an opponent (with a pretty deep stack) catch a queen over six full house on the turn.
