What I did not like about the ending

There are only 2 things I didnt like about the ending
And I just want to see if anyone here agrees with me.

1. Aldo was an Angel
- Okay, so this seems like a sudden, crazy idea for the writers of the Novela to come up with. Were they planning this all along, or did they come up with it in the last few minutes?
Maybe, they felt sorry that Aldo did not end up with Lety, so they made some crazy excuse for it and simply stated that he was an Angel this whole time.

If you remember when the character of Aldo was first introduced, he would
talk to himself while nobody else was there, and he would always think of Lety
of how he was in love with her. And he wanted to win her heart no matter what.
He even got into a fight with Don Fernando too, is that something an Angel would do?
I he WAS an Angel, what was his purpose? Did God send him so that he
could help Fernando and Lety get together? Because if he was sent to help them get together, then why did he always fight for her with Fernando?
None of this makes sense.
And then they just made him go to the beach and find himself
a son, or something. Maybe he couldnt have a passionate love,
but I guess he did find a new father-son love.

But anyway, I think that they completely ruined this
magnificent character. He was great, until the ending, they
ruined everything we ever knew of him.

2. The Ending in Monterrey
- I have no problem with them filming the ending in Monterrey, Im actually from Monterrey myself, but I just think they also ruined a big part of the story here.
They went WAY over their heads when they decided to have people come and watch
the filming, and ALSO having a concert????
What in the world was that all about? Was it just to make some money?
If you liked this Novela and the cute story it had, dont you think that
they ruined it at the end how theyre driving off in the car after theyre married and then theres all these strangers waving at them, and screaming their hearts out?
We are supposed to imagine as if this story was real and enjoy it that way,
but instead they show a crowd of people surrounding them, and even performing for them and saying "ESTE ES EL FINAL DE LA FEA MAS BELLA!"
SO in the end they pretty much just make it as if the whole story
and the whole novela never really happened, and it was just a TV show.

Yes, I know that it WAS a tv show, so dont call me stupid, because i know it
was not a real story, but when they make these novelas for people to watch,
one is supposed to pretend that this is real, even though you know its not.

Imagine you went to watch a movie and at the end when its over, you hear a guy
yell "CuT" and then the actors stop acting, and smile to the camera and say "The End" and walk off the set. It kinda ruins the whole feeling of the story, doesnt it? I think so.

I know this was kind of long, but I just want to know
if anyone else here shares the same ideas?
ANd if you dont think the same as I do, please explain yourself.
You have no idea how irritating it can be for someone else to reply to this
and simple tell me "youre so stupid. this novela was the best. if you
dont like it then why did you watch it?
"

Also, no hateful comments.... thanks.

I am in total agreement with you, well except I thought Aldo sucked thruout. But, then I thought everything sucked after she went to Aca. & yeah. Now watching Destilando, now that is great. It moves a decent pace, no single day lasting three weeks or a month in real time. Yeah it is melodramatic, but give me that anyday to endless repeated scenes that go nowher. I think part of the dragging it out was the money and there was a total Jaime Camil worship thing going. The Lety character just was so intensing annoying for the last two months. I like you have to ask, "So this was God's whole purpose to get these two together?" Looking back and I was a total addict, I just kept waiting for the big payoff, which NEVER came. What a waste of time.

What I wanted was the novel to have a similar ending to the Colombian novel; though, I may have been asking for a lot. I still would have been very nice!! In the original, Betty and Armando are at the hospital with family and friends for the birth of their first child, a daughter. I would have loved a post-birth scene with Letty and Fernando's first child!! I think that's why I'm rooting for a continuation, a Conceptos novel, I want to see how Fernando handles being a dad and married guy! Hehehe!!!
