The adventure movie from Roger Christian going about a lost city downstairs a paramyde. Touriya Haoud playing Sarah,the daughter of the Professor who discoverd the city. Sean Patrick Flanery & Michael Ironside are also seen in this production.

Opnieuw rol in Amerikaanse film voor Touriya Haoud
AMSTERDAM - De Nederlandse actrice Touriya Haoud (Shouf shouf habibi!) heeft opnieuw een rol bemachtigd in een Amerikaanse film. Dat liet haar manager maandag weten. Haoud gaat een rol spelen in Prisoners of the sun.

De avonturenfilm van regisseur Roger Christian gaat over de ontdekking van een verloren stad onder een piramide in Egypte. Haoud speelt Sarah, de dochter van de professor die de stad ontdekt. Ook Sean Patrick Flanery (The adventures of young Indiana Jones) en Michael Ironside (Free Willy) zijn te zien in de productie.

De Nederlandse kreeg eerder al een rol in Five Fingers. Aan deze productie wordt momenteel de laatste hand gelegd. Het is nog niet bekend of en wanneer deze film in Nederland wordt uitgebracht.

who knows if this film is being made for certain? when you see the imdb page unchanged for a few months, no new crew being added or anything, then you know something has gone wrong, i doubt this movie is being shot at all, so forget about ironside or fox or other actors, lets just find out if its being made at all... it still says that the release date is 2006...

According to a press release from Gulshan Grover's, John Rhys-Davies has the lead and Carmen Chaplin is the movie heroine.

It has also been reported by Moroccan media that the crew is currently filming in their country and they mentionned Rhys-Davies and Carmen Chaplin's names.
It should be completed by mid/end Feb.
