So i know this show has been off for quite a while now, but I just started watching it (via netflix) and good-god this show should have stayed on the air. It was like Big Love for cable! I am so disappointed about the cancellation. Seriously, the writer's strike did not do anything but hurt viewers! I am very angry. Love Eddie Izzard (Hated Minnie Driver until this show... now love the lady)! I wish Hollywood would get its head out of its ass and start thinking about the viewer for once. RIP Three Rivers and Jericho

I understand that you're upset about losing this show. I'm upset that one of my favorite actors had an Oliver Stone movie fall apart because of the writer's strike. But please, don't blame all damage on the WGA or the writers. Put the blame where it belongs --- squarely on the shoulders of the AMPTP. We almost got an actor's strike the following year because of those greedy bastards.

I just found this show via NetFlix too and I got totally hooked !! It's one of the best plots thats come along in a LONG LONG time. I can't believe it got cancelled. I can't even believe season 2 only had 7 episodes and then just ended leaving us in limbo. Maybe if these producers/writers had half a brain, they'd bring it back.

Another new recruit thanks to Netflix... LOVE this show! Wish it had an ending!

The previous poster said - "They never bring shows like this back." And it's true. But cartoons for mentally retarded adults like "Family Guy" and "Futurama" come back through online fan rants and go on and on forever while smart shows like "The Riches" get chopped and disappear!

You mean Family Guy? That came back because so many people watched the reruns and bought the DVD sets (such as myself). If your fanbase won't do that, then don't expect the same results.

Didn't help matters that Eddie Izzard went around pimping a movie to finish off the Riches and then nothing came of it.

Write to your senators to support banning crush videos. Shame on our Supreme Court.

Netflix is a godsend. Loved me some of The Riches. Too bad I now have a million unanswered questions. I, too, despised Minnie Driver and any show that can sway my distaste cant be all bad. :)

I'm gonna guess you were disappointed as I don't see any signs of a movie. Am I wrong?
