In the second episode, just after the pilot, the next door neighbor (Margo) calls her the name she had in the camp, not the name of the dead lady. Did I miss something?

Sorry if this has been asked, I did a quick look.

In episode one, Delia tells the neighbor the fake name of the woman's life she is living is actually her middle name.
