The 'WHYYYYYYY' scene

Was anyone else moved to tears by this scene?

I know I was. It was like I could feel all of Reginald's anger and frustration running through me. I don't think I've ever been touched by a piece of cinema so profoundly.

Does anyone know if the rumored extended version of this scene is in the Director's Cut?

I guess some people just didn't feel the emotion. I guess I'm alone, just like Reginald. I'll draw my strength from this film and do my best to carry on.

I disagree. Nelson's work in "Poltergeist", first of all, is only a fraction of the intensity of what Kyanka puts forth in his opus "Doom House". Therefore, I wouldn't think of it as a homage at all, since considering it as such degrades the performance itself.

That being said, the line itself would be considered poetry if it contained more words. Never before had I seen nor heard so many of the nuances of the human condition - rage, despair, inadequacy and, dare I say it? Hope? - displayed in this medium so vividly. Indeed, when the scene was over, I was left with no more tears left to shed.

I like the part in doom house where the cop's like: "Hey Reginald P. Linux, how are you doing?" "A doom house?"

I don't remember that part???
