Different Pilot on Netflix

I started rewatching the show on Netflix and was really surprised to discover that the Pilot on Netflix was different than the original one that aired on FX. It features a lot of deleted and altered scenes. I guess this was the original pilot. It didn't have the theme music or anything. Strange discovery...
