Entertaining - but should I skip season 2?

Reminds of the glory years of Nip/Tuck (seasons 1-3) in being sexy, sleazy, and smart. But should I skip season 2? From what I've read I gather that the show and major characters were toned down.

Season 2 doesn't have the teeth of Season 1, but it's still a good watch. I own both, and 2 seems almost like the network wanted it to appeal to a larger audience by toning down the sex and making Lucy less vicious. Definitely not as much a guilty pleasure as 1.

Signatures annoy me.

Season 2 isn't nearly as good, but it's only 7 episodes and you should finish it to conclude the show.

When it comes to torture, I trust the lady who spent three years married to James Cameron.
