Theme Music

Some of the theme music is just out of this world. Very powerful and moving. Does anyone know who authored the compositions? Are they available for purchase?

I am on here looking for the same info, good stuff i think i saw in the credits it was original by Gary Pozner. I especially liked at the end when the music started with Nathaniel Green, Great stuff hope i can get the tracks. Can anyone help?
