What do people sing in the crowds? is it some kind of national anthem or some other special song? i'm sorry.. i'm from america.. and we are new to all of this. haha

It depends, at the start of the game they sing their national anthems but during it they will sing songs about their team or songs to insult the other team (each country varies). Or they just cheer for their team.
