poorly executed

could have been a good show, but the execution/presentation is so poor! I can't even leave this on in the background during the Adult Swim blocks because Dr. Wang's voice makes me want to blow my brains out. I think the show would be half watchable if his voice wasn't so grating. Plus, he seems to overshadow (no pun intended) every character in the show.

Good idea (c'mon, Racist Frankenstein is just a funny idea), but done really badly.
