could have been better, could have been worse

Much like several other people on this forum, I love zombie films and I have to say, I recommend this to customers who are looking for a mindless zombie flick.

Note that I say MINDLESS. there is no real backstory. The zombies are o.k. looking in the dark I assume. The acting is at times passable. The sets are at least real sets, not the directors friends basement. The movie is watchable if you don't expect too much.

The reason I don't expect too much though is due to wonderous films such as...
House of the dead 2
Hood of the living dead
Zombie nation
Zombie Honeymoon (I think they tried to do something original though.. props)
Ghost lake
Night of the undead

Seriously folks, how hard is it to make a decent zombie flick. Compared to the above mentioned films, "Quick and the undead" is watchable.

yeah, watchable... once. Cause you keep thinking, "it has to get better" then it doesn't then you say, "I want that hour of my life back" and "Damn, i should have listened to my first instinct and actually turned it off when it came to my mind after the first 10 mins"
