This film is going to be in the foreign language category the film is so strong and I hope it will win.
is this a oscar movie I think it is.
Isn't it a 2006 film? I don't really know how it works, but I know that for the 2007 oscars Denmark already selected "After the Wedding" as their film; it got nominated but no win. Perhaps it can eligible for the 2008 Oscars is it called itself a 2007 film, but it all depends. Meh, what do I know?

shareYes, Crash is a 2004 movie, but that's only because it premiered at the Toronto Film Festival of that year. It wasn't available at cinemas until May of 2005.

shareDenmark didn't make the Shortlist, although I predicted it would! The 63 country "longlist" was reduced to a 9-country "shortlist in January and Denmark didn't make the cut.
