Heghest critic rating on Metacritic is 5/10, but 7 out of 12 users give it 10/10 and two more give it 9/10. Do I sound cynical when I suggest most of the users that voted are cast and crew members?

To tell you the truth, I really did not get this movie. I don't know what it was trying to say. it is just a study of a man's attempt to secure an heir and possession of a house gone awry with bloodshed in its wake. At movie's end, I was like WHELP that about sums it up. I thought is was mildy interesting but not very insightful. I wish the opening scene wasn't in it, almost. It made the end anticlimatic to me. I fount the editing style interesing, though. It seemed to communicate a lot more through composed scenes rather than dialogue, which was alittle intriguing to me...like with each mounting indiscrection how he found himself further and further away from the bedroom. I give it 6.5/10
