Actually..it's really not that far-fetched. I used to work at several treatment centers and kids were always finding new ways to get contraband in. I have to give them props that some were pretty creative...

It's totally possible and realistic. That's why rehab is so hard, not only because of withdrawal but also because there's just as much, if not more, temptation as outside of the facility. Just because some people are there to get sober, doesn't mean everyone else is.
