What was she on?

I know that one lady said that she was doing coke, meth, pot, and some other stuff and I was thinking,

"Dang, she looks good for someone who is doing meth!"

But then, she told her parents that she was just doing pot, and like I know A LOT of people who do pot and they don't act all psycho like that.

So, I'm like really confused.

She looks good for meth because she didn't actually do it long enough or frequent enough to deteriorate like other addicts do. Her behavior was a result of her drug use, the mixing of many drugs, her high string intense emotions and her hormones that were most likely going completely haywire from introducing drugs at such a sensitive age. Drugs affect growing young teens more unpredictably than they effect adults.

Exactly. She just dabbled in the hard stuff. Still not good, but a few uses of meth here of there won't turn you into the stereotypical "meth face." Not my proudest moment, but in college, I did meth twice. No one would ever look at me and think I was a user. Fortunately, I'm the type that would never get hooked. (Meth did not agree with me, and I'd never be enticed to do it again and again, and thus be on the road to being hooked.)

Augusta dabbling in hard drugs went with her whole acting out, angsty period. Pot was not making her act out of control. It wasn't even the dabbling in other drugs (although their uses played a part in behavior); it was more just feeling out of control. By the way, the real Augusta, while cleaning up her act, still partied in college. It's not like she went totally sober and perfect. She just got over that out-of-controlC nonstop party, rage period that happened during middle school.
