Why did Eric have a driving license if he went to Jail with 15?
If he went to prison with 15 years how does it come that he had a driving license on the day he went out of prison?
shareI'm not sure but I think that 15 is the legal age to learn to drive in the US, or at least in some parts of it. so he could have got his license before going to prison

shareThe legal age for driving is 16, not fifteen. You can get a learner's permit at 15. However, if you live on a farm, and work driving farm equipment, I do believe there is a way to get a legal driving license at the age of 15. I do not believe that this guy lived on a farm, though, so no, he shouldn't have had a license on the day he got out of juvenile detention.
