This documentary makes me not proud to be an American. This guy is a meat head and there's one million films like this from a million other soldiers.
These guys act like when a bomb drops that it's like a video game . It sounds like call of duty while listening to this crap. My god the crap they will give people money to make.

He seemed to make a point about the duality of war via his voice overs and journal entries. More than once he spoke about his doubts as to what was going on over there.
I'm sure it's not hard to get caught up in the moment when you've been deployed for weeks and seen your friends killed in action. It's easy to dehumanise the enemy, in fact it may be important to do so in order to function as a soldier.
It's when you come home that it really starts to hit you.
