Did anyone else hate 'Is' ?
I thought Is was going to like help Jamie, not be like a huge brat! Did anyone else expect that?

Yeah, but it makes sense for Is to be like that since she represents the popular crowd that Jamie used to want to be a part of. Is was powerful, but couldn't control Jamie once she started thinking for herself. It was like an internal struggle.
Tomorrow's just your future yesterday!
I thought Is was going to be nice, like Jamie. Big shock when she turned out to be a spoiled brat!
sharei know i thought is would be like jaimie yet more self confident not evil
shareYeah, I thought the same, but I don't hate her. Is and Jamie's the same person, Is is just the meaner version that's kinda hidden in Jamie. Ya know, like how they say that there's good in everyone, but there's bad too? Same Difference.
Sturgeon's Law- 90% of everything is crap.

Yes, I just started a topic about this (oops). I thought Is was going to help Jamie and be Jamie's self-confident side, just like you guys, but no! She was completely full of herself and she just wanted everything to go her way.

I HATED IS. If you look at the threads way before the movie aired, I was optomistic about this movie, and after watching it, I couldn't take it anymore. I loved the beginning, but something happened between that and the end that made me a little ticked off. When Jamie and IS were starting to fight and IS was taking over Jamie's mental abilities, it got so weird. I mean, come on Disney, when will you learn to save the mental illnesses for a totally different movie? You just can't fit a serious problem into a 2-hr.-supposed-to-be-lighthearted-but-teach-you-a-lesson movie. I was so disappointed. This just makes me hope The Cheetah Girls 2 will exceed their previous movie's greatness.
sharejust remember that this movie is based off of a book and that it wasnt all disney's idea
"wear a raincoat"
^tell me where that quote came from
Well, Disney twisted the book's ideas into what they wanted. In the book, I'm pretty sure IS was portrayed as self confident, but nice. She battled against the popular people.
shareActually IS wasn't a big alter-ego in the book..she wanted to be like her idk why that they turned IS into that in the movie. But anyways yeah..i have to agree Is was a brat in the end.
shareI don't know. I have a friend a lot like Is. As long as your on her good side, she's great and her anti-emotion trip is hilarious. But in the situation the movie set up she was annoying. But Really, Lenny was the only reason to watch the show. Lenny= nick= wonderful
