I realize it's 3 years later but...
Eh... I'm up in arms about "Offspring" because I read the books by Jack ketchum first. But if you enjoy Cannibal flicks you might enjoy it. I highly recommend the sequel to "Offspring" called "The Woman" (2011).
"Albino Farm" (2008) is in the same vein of "Wrong Turn" etc. You might like that one. It's a fun Indie film.
The indie films "Freakshow" (2007) and "Sideshow" (200) aren't masterpieces but are fun to watch. There is also another movie called "Side Sho" (2007)Also there is a classic horror film called "The Funhouse" (1981) you might like.
