stanny's lines

I didn't realise 'Stanny' wrote the movie until I came on here, but I had guessed when it was Stanny telling Donna how good a writer she must be because she has conviction, followed by Donna telling Stanny that he has stuff to say and should write it down.

I liked the film, but I found those moments a little contrived and obvious, and I'm completely unsurprised that the character delivering the lines was being played by the writer.
