I think he and Tina would have worked if she wanted more than a one night stand. They're a lot alike, but that doesn't entirely mean that they're a match.
As for Alice, if she would just allow herself to like him, then they'd work out...extremely well. He's not as bad as she pretends he is, and she knows it, but she's too stubborn to realize it. I personally prefer Tina, though. She's less uptigth. But Alice really cares about the students, so i give her some props.
But if either of them move in on my Jeff, they're both dead. ;P
