Why did everyone's names come up in the loom?

I wasn't really paying attention to the movie and am wondering why the assassin's names were coming up in the loom when they were doing what the loom was telling them to do. Was the loom trying to clean up everyone after using them to assassinate bad guys? Won't there be bad guys in the future? Who will take over then?

I think Sloan made up all those names and his is the only one to actually show up the loom by fate.

The loom realized that the world would be better off without the assassins.
