I liked this movie a lot more than I thought I would, despite the cliched ending.

But, I have a couple questions, when Jiz and Balerie go to take Tara out of the whorehouse, what had happened to her back? I remember at the beginning Jiz mentioned something about chemicals, is that what it was? What chemicals was he talking about, to sanitize the facilities?

Also, Tara mentions that one half of her is gone, did she have a sister? Were these questions answered and I just missed them?

About the first question:

I assume that the chemicals they discussed and the fact that she was sitting in the exact same position for hours on end screwed up her back.

I don't know about the second question.

I actually watched the special features and one of the crew member states that she was actually a siamese twin, so the explained both questions!

Ah ha.
i did think so, but nice to hve it confirmed. Would have been interesting as to what that was about. i assume that the girls borrowed money to do the op and was paying back the boss, although sadly, one died from the op.
How awful to have to do something so sleazy, whilst mourning your real 'soul mate' trying to payback for something that didn't go well anyways.

I don't know why, but I was thinking she was the girl who fell off the roof. And thats why he wants to save her so bad, because he thinks its his fault. I wish they would of mentioned the Siamese Twin thing in the movie!
