Watching this on Netflix right now, they actually black-boxed the part where Pontius drinks the horse semen but have no problem showing (d)icks and balls the whole movie.

It wasn't Netflix who censored it, but the filmmakers. Drinking semen is seen as a pornographic act and thus they needed to censor it to avoid an NC-17 rating.

Yes its uncensored on the uncensored dvd. The theatrical rated edition, which is the one netflix has, is censored...

In theaters they censored it. The unrated version does not censor it.
