i heard that this movie was a desi remake of guy richie's snatch, the only difference being that in the bolly version, they added romance. Can anyone confirm?
sharereading the storyline in reviews, it definitely seems to be a snatch remake, with illegal boxing, a gangster delivering a diamond and getting waylaid by gambling, a dog swallowing the diamond etc..

Definitely copy of Snatch...although very much Indianized. I had no idea of the plot, so it wasn't until interval that i realized that it is an exact copy of Snatch, many of the scenes are even similar. Overall, timepass movie...not worth watching in theaters. Also, Neeraj Vora seems to be running out of new dialogues, many of his 'funny' bits from his previous movies like Hera Pheri, Phir Hera Pheri, Deewane Huye Paagal etc. Stop fooling us...

It is without a doubt a solid ripoff. I am a die hard snatch fan, but I think it is completely worth seeing just for the novelty of it. It is hard to believe. From the first second of the movie, it is identical, at least tries to be identical. But the campyness is amazing. Everything down to replacing the Jews at the beginning of Snatch with Brahmins. There is even a Boris the Blade character named Moscow Chikna. Priceless.

This is a rip off like bollywood always does. No credits, no copyrights then you made call this pure crap cinema remake? All the movies bollywood have copied is a failure, they can rip off a great movie and make it so crappy. It's amazing how bollywood can make things like this. THEY MAKE CRAPPY *beep* FLICKS. India have a high suicide rate because of bollywood, after watching this pure crap cinema, people come out from the cinema theatres and commit suicide TRUE STORY :)
