ya know this movie WAS good (spoilers for those who care)

When it was on a higher budget didn't have vampires in it and was called "The Usual Suspects".

Main character caught and being interrogated for 90% of the movie....check
Lots of Bouncy Flashbacks spoon feeding you the plot.....check.
Unseen bad guy of Mythical proportions....check
The one guy with any real connection to said bad guy ending up dead....check
Last minute plot twist on of the bad guys identity complete with faked death.....check

Lastly the line "Who is Vlad Kosai?.....THE DEVIL HIMSELF!" dropped enough times that you almost have to wonder if at any point during filming they had to do multiple takes because when someone accidentally said Keyser Sose instead.
