You can't buy a house that quickly.

Some more things are bothering me about the family's house purchase. Can an under-eighteen-year-old get a mortgage in England? Even if she can, who would agree such a large mortgage given the transient nature of her profession and the fact that her big contract with Chanel had not yet been confirmed? If the mortgage is her parents', who would agree to lend such a large sum of money, especially if one of the applicants was out of work.

No it does not take "at least" six weeks. This woman is a woman with money and money goes far. You can get a house in as quick as 2 days with the right know how.

It's a TV show not everything is going to be exactly what would happen in real life but my opinion on this is that Ashley is a top model celeb and she obviously has a lot of money so she can buy anything she wants whenever she wants.
