Another Jaden Rant

This is a list of duels he should have lost, had the real rulings been used.

Episode 1: Winged Kuriboh's effect does not activate for the battle it was destroyed in, ergo, Gear Golem would have done 2800 damage to him.

Episode 4: Okay, Chazz easily could have won had he not gotten ahead of himself and fused XYZ and Vw together, if he had kept them seperate, he would have won.

Episode 7: In all honestly, not only did Syrus have Power Bond, he also had Limiter Removal. I chalk this battle up to Syrus' confidence, so it can't really be counted, but still.

Episode 21: Cyclone Boomerang only does 100 damage, not 500, so Jaden would have lost his only monster and Bastion would have won.

Episode 68: Cyclone Blade boosts Dogma to 3900 points when Flare Neos has 4600. If Aster had destroyed Neo Space by Cyclone Blade's effect, Neos would have gone down to 3700 and he would have won.

Episode 72: Glow Moss has no discarding effect, so X's deck would have stayed the same no matter how many times Jaden attacked.

Episode 79: Once Jaden uses Dark Panther's effect, it is no longer named "Dark Panther", so he could not Contact Fuse.

Episode 84: As with Episode 7, it's Frantz's own fault he lost, he didn't have to merge with Ra, and if he hadn't, he would have been fine.'

Episode 109: O'Brien quite literally let him win because he was ordered to. Otherwise he could have won, it says so right in the episode.

Now isn't that just a list Jaden can be proud of :P

Yeah. Judai should have lost most of the duels. In episode 87 or some episode close when he was dueling Manjoume, Manjoume should have won but he chose to loose.

There's another one:-

Episode 123: Fonda Fontaine has Jaden on the ropes with her Anti-Cure strategy. He turns the tide by special summoning E. Hero Wildman as Wildman isn't effected by Trap Cards. Except that the Trap Fonda was using (Dark Cure) doesn't effect Monsters at all, it effects the opposing Duellist. Jaden should have lost his last few Life Points and lost the Duel regardless of whether he summoned E. Hero Wildman or not.

If we go by real card effects, he actually would have lost virtually every duel. I mean think of all those many times he won thanks to the boost from skyscraper except you only get the boost when you attack not as long as the card is out. One episode that always bothered me is that guy using Yugi's deck...he would have won but skyscraper was boosting his monsters the whole duel rather than just when they attack.

But at the same time, a lot of these cards weren't made yet and they get weakened in real life like crush card. Look at the first show and the many, many times they play Card of Sanctity and picked up 6 cards. In real life you only draw 2 cards and I think you're hand has to be empty to use it.
