Reasons that this is the most nauseating and appalling thing I've ever seen in my LIFE

1. People need to STOP REMAKING OLD CLASSIC MOVIES AND COME UP WITH THEIR OWN FREAKING IDEAS EVERY ONCE IN A WHILE

2. Song of the South is a movie you CANNOT recreate. It is a classic story that should live on for years instead of being remade.

3. Song of the South isn't made or sold anymore because it was considered not politically correct and offensive to African Americans. If it is offensive to people, then so be it. I can understand that. But if the old version is so politically incorrect, why is this one so different? Why should this be acceptable and not the ACTUAL story?

and last but CERTAINLY not least

4. NICK.......CANNON...is the voice for Brer Rabbit.
words cannot express why this is one of the most disgusting parts of this movie.

Because nobody suspects the butterfly...

this is NOT a remake of "Song of the South".

You may think it is.

You may _believe_ that it is.

But it's not. It's something different.

When you grow a prefrontal cortex, come back and we'll
explain things to you. In the meantime, try googling
"Joel Chandler Harris".

RWlkrSmith is right.

I'm not the biggest Nick Cannon fan, but that's trivial at the moment.

They're not remaking an old movie. They're retelling a historic folklore.
