How'd Sean Penn get in this mix? The tagline is "8 shorts centered around 8 themes directed by 8 famous film directors . . .." Granted, Sean is famous, but he's not a "famous film director." His career as a director is rather pedestrian and undistinguished.

I don't know what you're talking about. Sean Penn didn't direct any of the films in 8. You can see who the directors are in the directors section and his name isn't even listed!
