environmental inspections
If it has not been said yet, I have to address the Middle School purchase of the property from the Foundation. If a buyer enters into a transaction, he has every right to perform due diligence on the property that is under contract. In fact, if the agent offered them an environmental inspection, and they didn't take it, or as Dr. Kneisler says "didn't remember", then it is the buyer's fault. Buyer beware.
That being said, Lowther is a egomaniacal knuckledragging bible-thumper.
