Does anybody know if and when this movie will be available on DVD?

I personaly know someone from this movie and so far they are not planning on putting it on dvd.

Well, I've got a copy of it in front of me. So it has been done.

There had been a few copies circling around the Philomath area and I finally got a hold of one of them.

Now that it has been officially released, it will be much easier to find.
